Two-week Weigh In

I have been eating 1,300 calories a day except for Fridays, which I deemed my cheat days.  I have been exercising 30 minutes most days of the week.

I am down 6 pounds.  I was 192 pounds and am currently 186.3 pounds. 

My plan for the next 2 weeks is almost the same except on Fridays I will allow myself 1,600 calories instead of having a food free for all.

Remember, it does get better!
