I’m dissapointed to say that I did not lose anymore weight this time period compared to the last weigh in. I actually gained 2 pounds and then had to work that off the get back to 185 pounds.
I have been doing the Daily Burn program exclusively and I think that helped me get that 2 that I gained back off.
I am going to work as hard as I can in the upcoming 2 weeks because I want to report a weight loss to you all.
Remember, it does get better.
