Thanks to another blogger I was introduced to the calorie counting app Lose it.
I would like to invite you all reading this to “lose it” too! You can also use the app to help maintain your weight.

It’s great because we can encourage each other and you can keep up with your friend’s calorie counting goals. You can scan the barcodes on your food packages and it goes right into the system.
I have been using another calorie counting app but like the amount eaten choices on this app more.
