I’m a DailyBurn “True Beginner”.

I was doing the DailyBurn program from the DailyBurn website for a couple of weeks.  I heard about their 6-week True Beginner program and decided to try it.  I am a beginner with fitness.

The True Beginner program has been great for me.  The workouts are challenging me.  I am building muscle strength which I seriously lack.  My core is sore!  I love it!

So far I am really enjoying True Beginner as much as the daily DailyBurn workouts.

Remember, it does get better.
