Week 8 Weigh In

I am pleased to say that I lost 2 pounds in these past 2 weeks! 

How did I do it?  I am doing the DailyBurn True Beginner workout program, counting my calories and working with a psychologist.  I figured out how many calories I need to eat from my primary care doctor and a nutritionist. 

I am tracking my calories through an app called “Lose it”. 

I have found that there really is no secret to weight loss.  It’s the old adage “calories in, calories out”.  Sounds simple but it is a lot of work for me.  I have an emotional eating problem but am currently not having issues with it!

Good luck to those looking to gain weight, lose weight or maintain weight!

Remember, it does get better.
