Hypomania From Running!

I have been exercising for the past 3 months just about everyday for at least 30 minutes.  I haven’t ran in a few years. 

Yesterday I decided to run with my husband.  We ran only 1 mile in intervals.

It gave me hypomania or runner’s high, not sure which.  I was over excited for no good reason.  It lasted most of the day and then went away.

Remember, it does get better.
