Week 12 Weigh in

I am a few days short in writing this.  I have had some depression for about two weeks.  I only worked out two or three times during that time.  I kept my calorie counting in check but ate some fried foods.

I had lost 2 pounds and was down to 178 and now I am back to 180. 

I am hoping my depressed phase is over.  I worked out hard this morning before work.  I plan on taking a run or going kayaking after work.

Remember, it does get better.
