Depression from Chem class

I have been having depression for the past couple of weeks.  I sopke with my psychologist about it.  She thinks it is the stress from my chemistry class that has triggered it.

My motivation is way down.  I was eating healthy and exercising almost every day.  Now I am not exercising, have included some junk foods in my diet and am wanting to sleep all the time.

I have an appointment next week with my psychiatrist to discuss this turn of events. 

Aaaagh! to bipolar disorder!

Remember, it does get better.
